🏢

Company Signals

Vague company descriptions, missing LinkedIn presence, and contact details that don't match the domain.

Requirements Reality Check

Entry-level roles requiring 5 years experience. Unpaid internships disguised as jobs. We flag the unreasonable.

Scam Indicators

Data harvesting tactics, personal information requests, and postings designed to collect résumés with no intent to hire.

About Level Field

The system is rigged.
We're changing that.

Let's be honest about what the job market actually looks like right now. You spend hours tailoring applications, preparing for interviews, and building your hopes up — only to find out the job was never real, the salary was half what you needed, or the company was already planning layoffs when they posted the role.

The hiring process has always tilted toward employers. They know exactly what they're budgeting. They know how long the role has been open. They know whether they're actually hiring or just collecting resumes. You know none of it. You walk into every interview at a disadvantage before you even say a word.

That's the problem Level Field was built to solve. We built tools that surface what companies would rather you didn't know — whether a job posting is real, what they're actually paying, and what the language in their posting is really telling you. Not to give job seekers an unfair advantage. To give them a fair one.

The job market is hard enough. You shouldn't have to navigate it blind.

Level Field also works with companies and HR teams who want to benchmark their compensation against real market data — because the best employers know that fair pay isn't just good ethics, it's good business. Get in touch if that's you.

What we collect

When you use the free job posting analyzer, the text or link you submit is sent to our analysis engine and then discarded. We do not store your job posting text, your results, or any information that could identify you as an individual.

If you sign up for the newsletter or purchase a full report, we collect your email address to deliver what you paid for. That's it. We don't sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for anything other than sending you what you asked for.

What we don't collect

We do not collect your name, location, resume, or any personal information through the free tool. We don't use tracking cookies to follow you around the internet. We don't build profiles on our users.

How your data is protected

Level Field runs on Netlify's infrastructure, which uses industry-standard encryption for all data in transit. Your API interactions are processed server-side, meaning your job posting text never touches a third-party service beyond our analysis engine.

Third-party services

We use Anthropic's Claude API to power our analysis. Job posting content is sent to Claude for analysis and is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not send any personally identifying information to this service — only the job posting content you provide.
